1.       

Development of a state program to improve the radiation safety system.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-869 "On measures to improve the unified state system for forecasting, early detection and response to radiation accidents" was adopted.

2.       

Implementation of measures for the development and organization of a system for alerting the population about emergencies.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-601 dated August 8, 2017 "On the creation and development of an automated system for alerting and informing the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan about threats or emergencies" was adopted.

3.       

Development of a decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on measures to improve the activities of civil defense structures, equipping them with material and technical means.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-369 dated June 9, 2017 "On approval of the Regulations on the formations of civil protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the procedure for determining the organizations in which they are created, and the norms for their equipping (tabelization) with material and technical means" was adopted.

4.       

Implementation of systemic measures to increase the readiness of the population to act in emergency situations.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-650 of August 21, 2017 "On additional measures to increase the preparedness of the population to act in emergencies" was adopted.

5.       

Development of a unified system for monitoring and forecasting the likelihood of natural, man-made and environmental emergencies.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-1027 dated December 28, 2017 "On the creation of a unified system for monitoring, exchange of information and forecasting emergencies of natural, man-made and ecological nature" was adopted.

Implementation of a new system in relation to the quality of prevention and elimination of emergencies, as well as ensuring fire safety.

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5607 of April 10, 2019 "On the introduction in the Republic of Uzbekistan of a qualitatively new system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies, as well as ensuring fire safety" was adopted.

7.       

Improvement of the activities of structural units of emergency situations.

The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4276 of April 10, 2019 "On organizational measures to further improve the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations" was adopted.

8.       

Improvement and optimization of the procedure for preparing action in emergency situations for all segments of the population.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-754 of September 9, 2019 "On improving the procedure for preparing the population for action in emergency situations and in the field of civil protection" was adopted.

Improvement of the unified state system for forecasting, early detection of radiation accidents and operational action.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-869 dated October 15, 2019 "On measures to improve the unified state system for forecasting, early detection and response to radiation accidents" was adopted.

Improvement of seismicity monitoring to study the impact of the use of oil and gas fields on the process of seismic geodynamics.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-746 dated November 25, 2020 "On improving the monitoring system of the impact of oil and gas production on seismic geodynamic processes" was adopted.

11.   

The procedure for determining compensation for the amount of damage to the population caused by natural disasters.

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PKM-747 of November 25, 2020 "On approval of the regulation on the procedure for compensation for damage caused to the population as a result of natural disasters" was adopted.
