ANALYTICAL INFORMATION On the review of appeals of individuals and legal entities by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the 12 months of 2021
To the system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan In the 12 months of 2021, were received - total 6,802 applications from individuals and legal entities, whichwere 4,303 oral, 1178 written and 1,321 were electronic (including 1,271 through the Virtual Reception).950 appeals were satisfied, 5,224 were explained, 552 were sent aspertaining, 44 were left unseen, 3 refused and 29 were left over for the next reporting period.Also, during this period, the Central Office of the Ministry received a total of 1,990 applications from individuals and legal entities, including 982 oral, 553 written and 455 electronic (including 405 through the Virtual Reception).
439 of these appeals were satisfied, 1,016 were explained, 485 were forwarded, and 40 were left unseen (including 17 were anonymous), 10 were balances for the next reporting period.Two of the appeals received by the Central Office of the Ministry were related to evacuation from areas at risk of emergencies,one of them asked for help in the construction of another building in case of damage to habitats due to natural disasters, 93 in cases of emergencies (illegal construction, etc.), 5 on rescue activities, 96 on the actions of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 17 on obtaining permits, certificates and documents, 527 on the restoration or acceptance of services to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 136 on social issues (pensions, alimony, compensation, housing, etc.), 631 on various proposals and issues, 465 on issues not related to the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 17 on anonymous basis.The number of appeals to the Central Office of the Ministry increased by 820 (70 %) compared to the same period of last year.At the end of each quarter, analytical data, comments (along with proposals) on the status of work with appeals of individuals and legal entities are prepared and submitted to the leadership of the Ministry, as well asare being discussed at the general meeting and appropriate measures are being identified.The consideration of appeals is under special control of the board of the ministry.
ANALYTICAL INFORMATION based on the results of consideration of incoming calls to the hotline of the MES
Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan analyzed appeals to the Ministry of Emergency Situations received via helplines from January 1st to December 31th, 2021.In particular, according to the results, it was revealed that during the specified period 340 applications were received from individuals and legal entities, 38 of which were completely satisfied, 243 were clarified, 48 were sent to other authorities, 8 were left without consideration, 1 was recognized as anonymous, the remaining 2 will be considered in the next reporting period. One request for the evacuation of people from areas at high risk of emergencies, 47 - for issues not related to the activities of emergency services, 1 - for persons seeking assistance in the construction of other buildings in case
of damage from natural disasters, 53 - for emergencies situations (illegal construction, etc.), 5 - on the activities of the rescue service, 44 - on misconduct of emergency services employees, 5 - on obtaining permits, certificates and documents, 58 - on the restoration or acceptance of service in the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 24 - on social issues (pensions, alimony, compensation), housing, etc.), 1 - anonymous, 101 - on various issues. According to the analysis, during the specified period, most of the complaints related to the issue of illegal buildings, illegal actions of employees and hiring in the ministry's system. To date, the hotline has not received any complaints about corruption. Hotline calls are under special control.
