ANALYTICAL INFORMATION On the review of appeals of individuals and legal entities by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the 1st half of 2021
To the system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan In the 1st half of 2021, were received - total 4,207 applications from individuals and legal entities, which were 2,757 oral, 715 written and 735 were electronic (including 699 through the Virtual Reception). 580 appeals were satisfied, 3255 were explained, 287 were sent as pertaining, 29 were left unseen, and 56 were left over for the next reporting period. Also, during this period, the Central Office of the Ministry received a total of 1118 applications from individuals and legal entities, including 562 oral, 312 written and 244 electronic (including 208 through the Virtual Reception). 273 of these appeals were satisfied, 563 were explained, 239 were forwarded, and 23 were left unseen (including 7 were anonymous), 20 were balances for the next reporting period. Two of the appeals received by the Central Office of the Ministry were related to evacuation from areas at risk of emergencies, one of them asked for help in the construction of another building in case of damage to habitats due to natural disasters, 69 in cases of emergencies (illegal construction, etc.), 4 on rescue activities, 59 on the actions of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 9 on obtaining permits, certificates and documents, 262 on the restoration or acceptance of services to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 109 on social issues (pensions, alimony, compensation, housing, etc.), 372 on various proposals and issues, 224 on issues not related to the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 7 on anonymous basis. The number of appeals to the Central Office of the Ministry increased by 567 (203%) compared to the same period of last year. At the end of each quarter, analytical data, comments (along with proposals) on the status of work with appeals of individuals and legal entities are prepared and submitted to the leadership of the Ministry, as well as are being discussed at the general meeting and appropriate measures are being identified. The consideration of appeals is under special control of the board of the ministry.
